Q. Who are Cleaning Made Easy?
A. Cleaning Made Easy was set up by myself, Jayne Mitchell over 5 years ago after trying several different cleaning companies in Bristol and being unlucky in finding a good reliable cleaner for my own home. I expect very high standards and I struggled to have them met by any company I tried. I often found that cleaners would start off being very good but then the standards would drop and I also found reliability an issue.

I strive on providing an excellent reliable service, I know all my cleaners are outstanding, reliable and trustworthy.

Q. How quickly can you find me a cleaner?
A. Usually immediately, I have fully trained cleaners in place ready to start.

Q. What if I'm not happy with my cleaner for any reason?
A. I am very selective of who joins Cleaning Made Easy hopefully this will not happen, but if for any reason you were unhappy please let the office know your concerns and we will remedy the situation immediately.

Q. How do you vet your cleaners?
A. I still have the same cleaners that started the company with me over 5 years ago and many of my existing cleaners have recommended their family members or friends to join CME, this is my preferred method of finding new cleaners. Every single cleaner is interviewed in their own home, this way I can see their cleaning standards, we have a lengthy chat and when I feel confident that I would be happy to provide the said cleaner with a key to my own home I then conduct all relevant ID and reference checks.

Q. Do you have a minimum number of hours?
A. Yes, 2 hours per visit.

Q. Do you have insurance cover?
A. We are fully insured against any damage to your home and I am confident we have the most comprehensive insurance cover in the industry, insurance documents can be provided on request.

Q. Is there a contract to sign?
A. There are no contracts to sign. I am so confident you will be happy with the service and not want to leave us, there is also no notice period so you are free to leave at anytime for any reason.

Q. Will I get the same cleaner every week?
A. Certainly, you will get the same cleaner each visit, so you know who is coming into your home and your cleaner will get into a routine of what needs to be done each visit, if your cleaner is on holiday we will contact you and ask if you would like a replacement.

Typical all inclusive rate is £11.00 per hour
